Job Summary
The Marketing and Communications Fellow will play a key role in supporting Policy Vault’s outreach efforts by developing creative marketing strategies and producing high-quality communications materials. This role involves managing social media platforms, creating content for campaigns, and engaging with stakeholders to promote Policy Vault’s mission and services.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase awareness of Policy Vault’s services.

Create engaging written content such as blog posts, newsletters, press releases, and social media updates.

Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement metrics, and responding to inquiries.

Design promotional materials including flyers, infographics, presentations, and digital assets.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.

Support event planning and logistics for outreach activities such as webinars or workshops.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders including media outlets, partners, and clients.

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for improving outreach strategies.

Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide recommendations for optimization.
Qualifications and Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce clear and compelling content.

Proficiency in using social media platforms (e.g., Twitter, LinkedIn) for professional engagement.

Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.

Familiarity with African policy landscapes or interest in public policy is preferred.

Eligibility
This fellowship is ideal for:

Graduates with no more than three years of experience.

Current students pursuing advanced degree programs (e.g., master’s or doctoral studies).

Fellowship Details

Duration: Six months

Compensation: A monthly stipend of NGN 350,000
