Job Summary
The Product Manager will lead the development and improvement of products by identifying user needs, defining requirements, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals and create value for users.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the product development cycle, addressing any challenges and risks that may arise.
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company objectives.
- Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to clearly define product features and enhancements.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation.
- Prioritize product features and initiatives based on business goals, customer feedback, and data-driven insights.
- Work closely with design, engineering, and project teams to guide products from conception through launch.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product improvements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on product progress, timelines, and changes
- Present product strategy, updates, and performance insights to leadership and other stakeholders.
