This is an Act to promote the basic values and principles governing the public administration referred to in section 195(1) of the Constitution. It provides for the transfer and secondment of employees in the public administration. It also regulates conducting business with the State, provides for capacity development and training, provides for the establishment of the National School of Government and the use of information and communication technologies in the public administration.

This is an Act to amend the Criminal Law (Sexual Offences and Related Matters) Amendment Act, 2007, so as to enable the minister of Justice and Constitutional Development to designate certain courts for purposes of dealing with sexual offences and to provide for related matters.

This is an Act to amends the Attorneys Act, 1979 to further regulate the powers of the board of control of the Attorneys Fidelity Fund. It amends the Child Justice Act, 2008 to regulate the evaluation of the criminal capacity of a child and to provide for the delegation of certain powers and assignment of certain duties by the cabinet member responsible for social development in respect of the accreditation of diversion programmes and diversion service providers.

This policy applies to all employees of the National Department of Health. It provides a complaints mechanism to enable members of the public to lodge complaints regarding the use of official languages by a national department, national public entity or national public enterprise and It stipulates how official languages will be used in effectively communicating with the public, official notices, government publications, and inter and intra-government communication.

This Act provides for an employment tax incentive in the form of an amount by which employees’ tax may be reduced and to allow claim and payment of an amount where employees’ tax cannot be reduced.

This is an Act to provide for the imposition, assessment, payment and recovery of customs duties on goods imported or exported from the Republic and for matters incidental thereto.

This is an Act to provide for administrative matters in connection with the levy imposed in terms of the Merchant Shipping (International Oil Pollution Compensation Fund) Contributions Act, 2013 and to provide for matters connected therewith.

This Act amends the Customs and Excise Act, 1964, so as to delete all provisions superseded by general provisions of the Customs Control Act applicable to all tax levying Acts to delete all provisions relating to the customs control of imported goods and goods to be exported levies, air passenger taxes and matters relating to such duties, levies and taxes and to change the name of the Act to the Excise Duty Act, 1964.

This is an Act to provide for the facilitation and coordination of public infrastructure development which is of significant economic or social importance to the Republic, to ensure that infrastructure development in the Republic is given priority in planning, approval and implementation and to ensure that the development goals of the state are promoted through infrastructure development.

This Act amends the National Credit Act, 2005, so as to amend certain definitions, to provide for the alteration of the governance structure of the National Credit Regulator, to empower the Chief Executive Officer to delegate certain functions to other officials of the National Credit Regulator; and to provide for the registration of payment distribution agents.

This is a Bill to provide for the imposition of the international oil pollution compensation fund contributions levy on persons referred to in Article 10 of the 1992 Fund Convention, to provide for the manner in which the levy is determined and to provide that levies and interest due to be paid to the International Oil Pollution Compensation Fund are a direct charge against the National Revenue Fund.

This is an Act to provide for customs control of all vessels, aircraft, trains, vehicles, goods and persons entering or leaving the Republic, to facilitate the implementation of certain laws levying taxes on goods and of other legislation applicable to such goods and persons and for matters incidental thereto.

This Act amends the Development Bank of Southern Africa Act, 1997. It provides the terminology in the Companies Act, 2008 so as to amend the grounds for appointment as a director on the board of the Bank, to amend the provisions regarding the issuing of certificates for issued shares, to enable the Minister to adjust the authorised share capital. It also adjusts the provision enabling the application to the bank of any provision of the Companies Act, 2008, the Banks Act, 1990, and any other appropriate legislation.

This Act amends the Criminal Law (Sexual Offences and Related Matters) Amendment Act, 2007, so as to ensure that children of certain ages are not held criminally liable for engaging in consensual sexual acts with each other and to give presiding officers discretion in order to decide in individual cases whether the particulars of children should be included in the National Register for Sex Offenders or not.

A Bill to amend the Divorce Act, 1979, to further regulate the division of assets and maintenance of parties in divorce proceedings in accordance with a judgment of the constitutional court; and the National Prosecuting Authority Act, 1998, so as to deal with aspects pertaining to the term of office of the national director of public prosecutions and the deputy national directors of public prosecutions in accordance with a judgment of the constitutional court and to provide for matters connected therewith.

An Act to amend the Financial Management of Parliament Act, 2009. It amends the provisions dealing with the oversight mechanism; amends provisions dealing with Parliament’s annual budget, appropriations and approvals; to amend the provisions dealing with donor funds. It aligns the provisions dealing with reporting and auditing with the Public Finance Management Act, 1999 and repeals certain sections of the Powers and Privileges Act, 1963.

This Act amends the Maintenance Act, 1998 and further regulates the lodging of complaints relating to maintenance and the jurisdiction of maintenance courts; It also regulates the investigation of maintenance complaints and the securing of witnesses for purposes of a maintenance enquiry.

This is an Act to amend the Auditing Profession Act, 2005, so as to provide for the regulation of candidate auditors and to update references to the Companies Act, 2008; and to provide for matters connected therewith.
