An Act to provide for the registration of plant breeders rights in respect of certain varieties of plants and the protection of the rights of persons who are registered as the holders of such rights; and to provide for matters incidental to or connected with the foregoing.

An Act to provide for the registration of sellers of seed and seed testing laboratories; to regulate the importation, exportation and sale of seed; to provide for the testing, certification and inspection of seed; and to provide for other related matters.

This is a Nationally Determined Contribution (INDC) submitted to the United Nations Framework Convention by the government of Zimbabwe on Climate Change (UNFCCC).

An Act to provide for the control of locusts.

An Act to provide for the establishment and use of a national mark in relation to the marketing of specified types of fruit grown in Zimbabwe. It prescribes the requisite standards and requirements for the export of specified types of fruit grown in Zimbabwe, and for related matters.

An Act to provide for the functions, powers and administration of the Meteorological Services Department. It serves as the legal framework for levying commercial rates on the basis.

An Act to establish a civil protection organization and provide for the operation of civil protection services in times of disaster; to provide for the establishment of a fund to finance civil protection, and to provide for related matters.

This Act empowers the President to make regulations dealing with situations that require to be dealt with as a matter of urgency.

An Act to make provision for the protection of the community in cases where a declaration in terms of subsection (1), or a resolution in terms of subsection (6), of section 31J of the Constitution, is in force.

This amends the Presidential Powers (Temporary Measures) (Deferral of Rent and Mortgage Payments During National Lockdown) Regulations, 2020, published in Statutory Instrument 96 of 2020.

This amends the Public Health (COVID-19 Prevention, Containment and Treatment) (National Lockdown) Order, 2020, published in statutory instrument 83 of 2020.

The National Climate Change Response Strategy provides a framework for a comprehensive and strategic approach on aspects of adaptation, mitigation, technology, financing, public education and awareness. It aims to inform the government on how to strengthen the climate and disaster risk management policies.

This Act provides sustainable management of natural resources and protection of the environment. It aims to prevent pollution and environmental degradation. It prepares a framework for the development of the National Environmental Plan. It amends references to intensive conservation areas and committees and associated matters in various Acts; to repeal the Natural Resources Act [Chapter 20:13], the Atmospheric Pollution Prevention Act [Chapter 20:03], the Hazardous Substances and Articles Act [Chapter 15:05] and the Noxious Weeds Act [Chapter 19:07].

These Rules amends the Second Schedule of the Securities (Registration, Licensing and Corporate Governance) Rules, 2010, published in Statutory Instrument 100 of 2010 by repealing and substituting paragraph 7.

The Collective Investment Schemes (Professional Schemes) Regulations, 1998, published in Statutory Instrument 176 of 1998, are amended by the deletion of the word “Regulations” wherever it appears and the substitution of “Rules.

This Act exempts employee unit trust schemes.

This provides regulations for advertisements generally, advertisements soliciting investments in units of particular schemes and contractual advertisements.
