An Act to appropriate money from the National Revenue Fund for the requirements of the State for the 2014/15 financial year; to prescribe conditions for the spending of funds withdrawn for the 2015/16 financial year before the commencement of the Appropriation Act for the 2015/16 financial year; and to provide for related matters.

A bill that amends the Auditing Profession Act, 2005. It strengthens the governance of the Regulatory Board; strengthens the investigating and disciplinary processes; provides for the power to enter and search premises and to subpoena persons with the information required for an investigation or disciplinary process. It provides for the power to issue a warrant for purposes of entering and searching of premises, provide for processes to be followed after an investigation; provides for transitional measures and matters connected therewith.

An Act to amend the Income Tax Act, 1962 to provide a time period for the validity of a declaration and a written undertaking in respect of the withholding of withholding tax on interest, withholding tax on royalties, and dividends tax. The act establishes the National Development Agency (NDA) as a juristic person. The primary objective of the NDA is to aid poverty eradication efforts in the country by providing funds to civil society organizations for the execution of projects aimed at meeting the needs of the poor, and for strengthening other civil society organizations. The NDA is also tasked with carrying out research and publication, as a basis for a development policy formulation.

The cooperatives act makes provisions for the formation and registration of cooperative societies, the establishment of a cooperatives advisory board, and guidelines for winding up of cooperatives. It recognizes the importance of cooperative values on members of the society as it relates to; self-help, self-responsibility, self-reliance, and self-sustenance.
