An Act to provide for the development and implementation of a national qualifications framework; establish the Zambia Qualifications Authority; provide for the registration and accreditation of qualifications; provide measures to ensure that standards and registered qualifications are internationally comparable; and provide for related matters.

An Act to provide for the registration of business names. It repeals and replaces the Registration of Business Names Act, 1931 and provide for related matters.

An Act to establish and provide for the operation of toll roads. It provides for the charging and collection of tolls and for private sector participation in the tolling of roads. It repeals and replaces the Tolls Act, 1983 and provide for related matters.

An Act to continue the existence of the Environmental Council and re-name it as the Zambia Environmental Management Agency. It provides for integrated environment and the protection and conservation of the environment and the sustainable management and use of natural resources.

An Act to establish the Water Resources Management Authority and define its functions and powers. It provides for the management, development, conservation, protection and preservation of the water resource and its ecosystems and also provide for the equitable, reasonable and sustainable utilisation of the water resource. It is designed to enforce the right to draw or take water for domestic and noncommercial purposes, and that the poor and vulnerable members of the society have an adequate and sustainable source of water with free charges.

An Act to regulate the manufacture, possession, sale and supply of intoxicating liquors; to repeal and replace the Liquor Licensing Act, 1959; and provide for related matters

An Act to amend the Presidential (Emoluments) Act.

An Act to amend the Public Procurement Act, 2008.

An Act to repeal the Day Nurseries Act.

An Act to amend the Zambia Institute of Advanced Legal Education Act, 1996

An Act to establish the Civil Aviation Authority and provide for its powers and functions; provide for the regulation and promotion of civil aviation; ensure civil aviation safety and security, and provide for related matters.

An Act to continue the existence of the Zambia Agency for Persons with Disabilities and define its functions and powers. It promotes the participation of persons with disabilities with equal opportunities in the civil, political, economic, social and cultural sphere and provides for mainstreaming of disability issues as an integral part of national policies and strategies of sustainable development. It also incorporates a gender perspective in the promotion of the full enjoyment of human rights and fundamental freedoms by persons with disabilities.

An Act to confirm the supplementary expenditure of money aggregating two trillion, four hundred and forty-nine billion, eight hundred and five million, six hundred and sixty-five thousand, eight hundred and thirty-eight Kwacha required for the services of the Republic during the financial year ended on 31st December 2010.

An Act to amend the Penal Code.

An Act to authorise expenditure from the general revenues of the republic of money required for the services of the republic during the financial year ending on the 31st December 2012 not exceeding the aggregate twenty-seven trillion, six hundred and ninety-eight billion, two hundred and eighty-one million, nine hundred and twenty-nine thousand, eight hundred and thirty-four Kwacha.
