This policy has an overall objective to determine the total project expenditure per school and the value of assets transferred to custodians. This is an Act to amend the Estate Duty Act, 1955, the Customs and Excise Act, 1964 and Business Tax Amnesty and Amendment of Taxation Laws Act, 2006, so as to provide that the rules relating to objection and appeal apply to the amnesty for small business, to exempt an auditor from certain provisions of the Auditing Profession Act, 2005 and to effect certain textual and consequential amendment.

This is an Act to amend the Tobacco Products Control Act, 1993, so as to define certain expressions and to amend certain definitions; to provide anew for the control over the smoking of tobacco products, to make provision for standards in respect of the manufacturing and export of tobacco products, to extend the Minister’s power to make regulations and to increase penalties.
