The regulations are subject to the agricultural product standards of 1990. They specify classes and standards of wheat, parking and marking requirements guiding the sale of wheat in South Africa. It specifically states that wheat shall not be sold except standards outlined in these regulations are met. The regulations are baseline standards for wheat sold in South Africa.

This regulatory document emphasizes that no agricultural product shall contain seeds of Crotalaria species, Datura species or Ricinus communis in measures greater than one seed per 1000g; and seeds of Argemone mexicana L., Convolvulus species, Ipomoea purpurea Roth., Lolium temulentum and Xanthium species in measures greater than seven seeds per 1000g.

This policy aims to promote high standards of practice in the recruitment and employment of health professionals who are not South Africans or permanent residents. It seeks to address the inadvertent exclusion of rural areas in the implementation of water services and backlogs. The parts of the policy document focus on; water components of water services, sanitation and wastewater components of water services, summary of monitoring and reporting responsibilities, and a proposed plan of action for the implementation of norms and standards.

The contains alterations to the sectional titles act of 1986 in relation to unregistered sectional plan, and sectional title file, among others.

The objectives of this policy are to facilitate poverty alleviation through the sustainable utilization of animal genetic resources within the framework of the Animal Improvement Act, 1998 (Act 62 of 1998), to promote and support the identification, evaluation, breeding and use of genetically superior animals to improve the production and performance of animals used for food, agriculture, sport and recreation. It also aims to promote the sustainable use of Animal Genetic Resources (AnGR) as a major contributor to National food security, facilitate the conservation of animal genetic resources for food and agriculture and reduce the risk of disease transmission through animal improvement.
