This Law provides for the prudent management of the state’s resources in order to ensure long-term macroeconomic stability, and secure greater accountability and transparency in fiscal operations within a medium-term fiscal policy framework.

These Guidelines were developed by the Kwara State Public Procurement Agency to ensure ease of doing business during the COVID-19 period and other emergencies in the state.
