This is a law to establish the Kwara State Public Procurement Agency charged with the responsibility for the monitoring and oversight of public procurement. The Agency will also formulate and implement a local content policy for public contracts in the state and connected purposes.

This is a Law to eliminate violence in private and public life. It aims to provide maximum protection and effective remedies for victims and punishment of offenders in the state and other connected purposes.

This Law provides for the prudent management of the state’s resources in order to ensure long-term macroeconomic stability, and secure greater accountability and transparency in fiscal operations within a medium-term fiscal policy framework.
