This Act establishes the Water and Sewerage Corporation, its functions, and related matters.

It amends the steps in which a board member can resign. The Act also includes amendments to Subsections 5 and 6.

The Law states that all mineral resources in Ghana are under the authority of the Provisional National Defence Council, and grants the government right of pre-emption over the lands. The law also lists the duties of the Chief Inspector of Mines, how people can access mineral licenses, the responsibilities associated with a mineral license holder, and lastly, provides a list of offences.

A law that discusses licensing qualifications and related matters; establishes a small scale gold mining committee, and discusses the penalties for mining without a license.

The Act makes changes to the Forest Protection Decree of 1974 by adding higher penalties to forest offences.

This Amendment Act makes changes to the Trees and Timber Decree of 1974, specifically on renewal applications and levies on timber exports. There are also changes to some monetary figures. The Trees and Timber (Amendment) Law of 1983 has herein been repealed.

Makes changes to the Timber Resources Management Act of 1974, specifically on: lands that would not be granted timber rights; timber right applicants disqualifications; investment-related activities and restrictions; and other changes to Sections 17, 18 and 20.

These regulations place restrictions on hunting and detail the punishment meted out to an offender of the restrictions. One can also find out how to obtain permits and licenses for games.

These regulations made changes to the Wildlife Conservation Regulations specifically to regulations: 1, 5, 6, 7,and 11

The Act defines who an honorary game officer is, outlines what is allowed in collecting specimens, outlines restrictions on imports on exports of trophies, and all other things related to wildlife preservation.

The Amendment Law simply changes a paragraph, Section 11, of the Wild Animals Preservation Law.

The regulation is a simple statement that the import and export of parrots to and from Ghana is prohibited.

The law deals with the prohibition of sale and exchange of mercury between unlicensed parties.

An Act that shows how the government designates land for public consumption, for example the construction of roads and highways.

An Act that grants the President of the Republic of Ghana the authority over all minerals in Ghana, for example to grant mining licenses, to grant land access through rent, and such things as these.

Makes changes and substitutions to the Minerals Act of 1962.

Makes changes to the following (sub)sections of the Forest Protection decree: Sections 1 and 2 on offences.

Establishes a Forest Improvement Fund under the authority of the Minister in charge of forest-related matters, and also mentions examples of payments into the fund.
