An Act to amend the Patents Act.

An Act to establish and provide for the maintenance and operation of a system for the anticipation, preparedness, prevention, coordination, mitigation and management of disaster situations and the organisation of relief and recovery from disasters; establish the National Disaster Management and Mitigation Unit and provide for its powers and functions; provide for the declaration of disasters, and establish the National Disaster Relief Trust Fund.

An Act to provide for an institutional and regulatory framework for the management of public funds; the strengthening of accountability, oversight, management and control of federal funds in the public financial management framework; responsibilities and fiduciary duties of controlling officers and Controlling bodies; enhancement of cash management systems to ensure efficient and effective utilisation of cash for the Government; the processes for efficient production of the Financial Report for the Republic; the management and control of public assets and stores; the repeal of the Public Finance Act No. 15 of 2004; and related matters.

An Act to amend the Companies Act.

An Act to confirm the supplementary expenditure of money aggregating one trillion, two hundred and seventy-four billion, six hundred and fifty-four million, ninety-seven thousand, two hundred and forty-one Kwacha required for the services of the Republic during the financial year ended on 31st December 2008.

An Act to repeal the Dairy Produce Marketing and Levy Act.

An Act to provide for the disclosure of conduct adverse to the public interest in the public and private sectors; provide for a framework within which public interest disclosures shall be independently and rigorously dealt with; provide for procedures in terms of which employees in both the private and the public sectors may disclose information regarding unlawful or irregular conduct by their employers or other employees in the employ of their employers.

An Act to amend the Trade Marks Act.

This Act support the Zambia Bureau of Standards and re-define its powers and functions; provide for standardisation and quality assurance of products and services through the setting of national standards and provision of conformity assessment services for products and services. It repeals the Standards Act, 1994; and provide for related matters.

An Act to amend the Zambia Development Agency Act, 2006.

An Act to authorise expenditure from the general revenues of the Republic. It includes money required for the services of the Republic during the financial year ending 31st December 2010 not exceeding in the aggregate sixteen trillion, seven hundred and seventeen billion, seven hundred and sixty-seven million, eight hundred and seventeen thousand, one hundred and twenty Kwacha.

An Act to amend the Bretton Woods Agreement Act.

An Act to establish the Occupational Health and Safety Institute and provide for its functions; provide for the establishment of health and safety committees at workplaces and for the health, safety and welfare of persons at work; and provide for the duties of manufacturers, importers and suppliers of articles, devices, items and substances for use at work.

An Act to establish the Warehouse Licensing Authority and provide for its functions and powers; to facilitate the borrowing of money on the security of charges created on farming stocks and other agricultural assets, and provide for the registration of charges.
